Pros
Some projects are interesting... Insights into the current state of the Valley tech ecosystem. Marketing and Sales driven culture might appeal to sales professionals.
Cons
Many bad projects- Most often you need to fix things done by very junior consultants. Terrible Management - Most of the Management team has never lead a team in a successful company. Bad Company Culture - culture has moved towards a pure sales driven company. Sales shells rarely survive. Below market compensation in general.
