Pros
Appirio is by far one of the best places to work. I have been here for almost a year and love my job! It's always a pleasure working with brilliant folks and being a part of such a great team. Everyone is willing to help each other and there is no sense of competitiveness among consultants (similar to environments like IBM and Accenture). They truly care about their employees and that is shown by initiatives such as Appirio CloudFit and Appirio Silver Lining. Appirio's strong leadership team is very approachable as they are involved in almost every project and many internal activities.
Cons
If you are not based out of San Francisco or Indianapolis, you will most probably be traveling or working from home. This is something that can be a downside if you prefer being in an office setting.
