Pros
The company is clearly focused on it's goals. Transparency and openness of senior management is great. Constantly looking for ways to disrupt the market, it's much more than just marketing. Benefits are fine, pay has good upside if you blow out numbers.
Cons
Great growth causes shifts in execution strategy. Not sure it's avoidable, but can cause disruption at time.
