      1. Amazing Culture 2. Amazing People 3. Great Infrastructure 4 On shore team is absolutely great 5. HR team is great

      Cons

      1. Top and Senior Management needs coaching and more offline time to spend with the team. 2. They started with building great culture. Due to major expansion, lost the culture somehow.
