No pros / Fake Company / Worst experience / No one is happy

- The owner of the company is has no respect to employees. - He instantly fires developers once they have completed the tasks they have assigned that too without paying any salary. - He forcefully asks employees to put positive reviews on websites else he will fire them. - He regularly checks your FB wall/ Linkedin Wall and also sometimes your WhatsApp. - He forcefully lets you post company blogs to different portals for marketing purpose. - There are only CONS to working with this company. - If you are looking for bright future , do not join this company. - This company does not even comes under labour ACT. - This company changes its name as easy as changing clothes so you will never be able to get any reviews. Previous it was known as Exousia and prior to that it was named something else.

Absolutely no point working for this company.

I'm not sure if this company is still doing business or not. I picked up some freelance content work with them back in 2017 and they are absolutely ridiculous. I was given extra work even after I had finished the agreed upon work. After bringing this to their notice, they simply said that I am wrong and that I need to do the work asap. After a month of work I simply decided to stop working for them.
