      - Awe-inspiring technology built and managed by a small and competent team - Perfect environment for trying new things and playing with multiple technologies - So much learning potential across every part of the stack including video streaming, cloud, DevOps, and so on - So much fun and awesome colleagues

      After the Onmobile acquisition things took a weird turn when it came to management

      Worked alongside competent and pleasant folks. Ability to make an impact. Small team in which you can have large influence.

      Cons

      Same things many startups experience - revenue variability, some employee churn, tight funds and resources, limited diversity.

      Exciting technologies, amazing people, and a healthy working atmosphere. Work from home will remain allowed even after the pandemic.

      Cons

      Can be a bit tedious at a times, difficult to introduce new technologies. Does not contribute to open source.
