very organized and regimented company. a lot of processes in place for training. success is highly determined by your direct manager and training.
Cons
it is sales. if youre not expecting sales, you won't enjoy it. and not normal sales, youre selling candidates and cold calling companies. its difficult to get on the phone with decision makers.
