Pros
- Made more money per hour than my previous full-time job - Extremely easy work (often events), was found to be extremely impressive/helpful by supervisors for efficiently performing basic tasks
Cons
- Poor communication -- The recruiter/manager i worked with informed me of a longer term project (3 months as opposed to 1 or 2 days) with a company. After filling out extra forms with delicate information including SSN and sending it to said manager, I heard nothing from him, despite multiple follow-ups. Failure to acquire this position, which I told was essentially assured, caused me to have to relocate away from NY.
