      There are no pros. Terrible organization. The Cons would be the Pros for individuals working here. If you do not value others and enjoy lying, this is the right company for you.

      Lie to you during interview. It is not the place they make you believe it is. Make you turn down other opportunities with false hopes of $$$ to be made Place candidates in positions they wouldn't ever do themselves Cheat clients Do not work ethically Many ethical lines have been crossed CLIENTS/CANDIDATES BEWARE

      Pros

      Recruiters are responsive and willing to help you find work. Alot of direct hire opportunities with decent companies.

      Cons

      Depending on what you are looking for, options may be low. That's not any fault to the agency they only have availability based upon the clients need.

      Very cut throat. Let you go without a warning 100000 miles per hour. No work life balance Insurance no one has, too expensive
