Pros
Good systems to work, benefits are decent, days off and medical plans, coworkers are great, IT department is excellent, and working from home options are good.
Cons
Low pay was frustrating after working there for years and pulling in over $2M every year they didn’t give raises or bonuses and the commission structure is so low. It got very slow, some clients don’t like our company but we still had to work on those jobs.
