Pros
Work Schedule, decent/"ok" work life balance. Like any job you get what you put into it. Great rewards/Founders Club trips if you hit certain numbers (not very attainable numbers)
Cons
The salaries were low definitely below the industry standard. The minimum requirements to qualify for the "Founders Club" rewards and trips were hardly attainable for recruiters past their first year mark but not tenured. Small offices with lots of women make it catty and cliqing. Unrealistic expectations in terms of numbers and productivity. With that being said I did work here for 2+ years and didn't hate it.
