I have worked here for over 3 years, and am always being encouraged to grow, both professionally and financially. There is a lot of support from management to give you more training or resources to help you become better in sales & recruiting. The goal towards qualifying for the corporate trip keeps you motivated throughout the year - which most companies would not offer. My team is amazing, and make coming to work fun and inspiring each day!
Cons
At times, you need to communicate with multiple departments at corporate for approval or branch assistance and this can be timely to get a response.
