Pros
If you have never served before, Applebee's is the best place to learn. The menu is simple, and the guest orders are repetitive. Also if show that you can catch on, they will promote you to a bartender. Figure out how to bartend and then find a better-paying job or build your own brand!
Cons
The management at both stores I word at were and are probably still dysfunctional. The last location I worked at the manager couldn't spell, hired and fraternised with the majority of the young women he hired, and mismanaged money.
