Pros
I love the people i work with, most of the management is very helpful. There are many days i come into work and think "I actually like this place".
Cons
People that know how to tip won't eat at an Applebees. There is one manager that forgets everything you tell her, she says she'll do things, like give me more hours or talk to another manager about training in another department, but then i have the same hours and when i approach the other manager she tells me she never heard anything from the first manager.
