Pros
I love working with the people (Staff, and customers). Very good benefits, when doing contests to win prizes, football, baseball, hockey tickets are pretty common for winner's of competitions. The company outings are a lot of fun, as well. Bonus's are usually pretty good if staying on top of the budget.
Cons
Making it harder to make bonus numbers, and becoming to concerned with the tiny stuff. 2 or 3 $ here or there instead of doing effective research, and new strategies to grow sales. They're more concerned with making everything cheaper to compete which makes the bottom line harder, as well as destroying the value they've been creating.
