Only thing I can say is the job is flexible with your schedule if you go to school or maybe have kids
Cons
lets start by saying long hours of work with no break to eat but yet those who smoke cigarettes can get a break to go smoke outside. You have so many responsibilities and the pay doesnt match. As a host I seat guest, buss tables, run food and drinks, clean the dining area along with restrooms. Sometimes id even have to take food orders all while being paid $4.50 a hour. yes there are tips but you split that 3% of sales tips with other host on your shift and bartender. Basically its just not worth the hassle
