Driving all over, but it is Home Health and that is the whole job. we do get paid well after timesheets turned in

I am an outside marketer and I really like my job. I have flexible hours and my time is my own. If you work hard and do your job they are great place to work. They will support you and help you at meetings and give you leads. This company has one of best bonus structures around for marketers. Nice co-workers not cut-throat like some other companies. I worked for large corporation before this job and had spent so much time on documentation and reports I actually get to do my job here.

Home health in general takes a while to build a territory and get referrals. It was frustrating at first because I felt like I had to work really hard and didn't get a lot of referrals. Some of the doctors offices and other referral sources don't always treat you very nice but I think it is a challenge to try and win them over. After a few months the referrals started coming in and gets better but definately frustrating at first.
