Pros

Working with the children is extremely rewarding.

Cons

Where do I start... 1. One of the first "red flags" I experienced working for this company is that you have to work for unpaid time off. Yes, that's right not paid time UNPAID TIME OFF. If you don't have enough saved up you don't get any days off within the first 6 months, then you start getting a day. You get a week of PTO a year and no sick days. 2. Next, they tell the families and insurance they are providing one-on-one therapy which that is what the insurance and families are paying for, right? Wrong, they often put multiple children on one therapist because they are under staffed and they make double the money for less staffing. This is unfortunate because the children are the ones who get the short end. As therapists we were told not to write our names on both kids daily sheets because it will look bad for insurance. As well as morally wrong. 3. The founder let the staff know during a team meeting that we are all replaceable, and basically tried to bully/ scare us. Not the greatest feeling when you are working for this women. 3. Next up, if you want to quit you are required to leave a 30 day notice, if you don't you aren't able to get rehired, and if you use them as a reference they would tell your next employer you aren't eligible for rehire, even though you have been a great employee you just didn't give a month's notice. 6. The benefits and HR are quite frankly the worst I have ever seen. HR is unprofessional, and that's only if you can get a hold of them. And Benefits last year we were told it was going to be a set amount and they gave us a one-day open enrollment. After we rushed to sign a plan for a set amount, they then raised the amount (almost double) without our consent and we were told it was already taken out of our checks. 7. Management and the company is a joke. They do not care about the children or the staff we are all just dollar signs. They bully you into staying with the company, the management tells the staff personal information about other staff, they gossip, and it is like you are in high school. All in all I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Pros

The people. I've met some genuinely great individuals who have been welcoming, helpful, and supportive from day one. Growth opportunities. There are so many different career paths within the company, which makes it feel like there's room to continue learning and growing. The mission. Knowing that the work we do directly impacts children and families makes the job feel meaningful and rewarding. The culture. Even during periods of change, I've noticed a lot of people working together and doing their best to support one another. Variety in my role. No two days are exactly the same, which keeps things interesting and gives me the opportunity to connect with different people across the organization. Being able to make an impact. Whether it's helping clinics fill positions or connecting candidates with opportunities, it's rewarding knowing I'm contributing to the company's success. The relationships. One of my favorite parts so far has been building connections with clinic leadership, candidates, and team members across different locations.

Cons

• Things move fast. Priorities can change quickly, so you have to be adaptable and comfortable pivoting when needed.
