The other techs are friendly and easy to work with, you go to different places/settings so it offers variety and is more related to real life skill development for the kids

Highly unorganized and unprofessional, questionable aba techniques that did not seem effective, no consistency with interventions throughout the center among all staff, blocked stimming that was not dangerous or maladaptive, generalized not individualized BIPs that no one uses, get paid late and on different days, no one was ever on time, owners fought with each other in front of staff and clients

I loved working with the clients. I liked that the employees and management were down to earth and able to get along with everyone. The building was more of a home secluded setting rather than industrial and cold. The pay was not bad in comparison to other places.

The management was to down to earth. There was no structure/ foundation and authority. Without such lead to rules being broken, violations, no supervision (when required), not being paid on time, no valid insurance, and too many clients at once.
