      Family friendly environment, lots of collaboration, lots of support and professional development, Staff is happy and great culture, team really works together to make a difference in the lives of these children

      The work environment between the clients and staff is incredibly professional.

      At times their were too many clients for the staff to abide by the previously arranged schedules without some minor improvisations.

      Great clients and staff within clinic!

      Cons

      Upper management constantly micromanaging or going completely ghost. No accountability, no boundaries. Started new cases without having staff for current cases. Overall an unorganized mess.
