Pros
Experience. The lack of organization forces hard working employees to create their own paths. Because of the constant change you will see new obsticles every day. This is a good thing, however, not the ideal "lifer" career.
Cons
Opportunities for growth, Lack of communication, Salary compared to industry, Greedy private ownership, poor benefits (2 weeks vacatation with no roll over, horrible education reimbursement, is not adjusted for the economy). Very profitable company year after year, but no employee rewarding.
