Pros
Good hours. After applying, it is easy to ignore any response from ACE. Getting fired from ACE follows no pattern... morning, evening, Mon - Fri... Anytime is a good time to get fired so there is no anxiety prior to getting fired. No warning at all! Its great!
Cons
LEIGH SARGENT, President, has no managerial skill. Micromanager extraordinaire. Whatever you do, don't have your own idea or LEIGH will let you know how much better his idea is and how stupid your idea is. LEIGH will blame everyone for his failure of leadership and direction. Expect no warning or coaching prior to being fired. You will be talked behind your back by LEIGH as he does to his trusted (but changing rapidly) core group.
