Pros
First line production team is great to work with and make continued effort. Many of the mid-level managers as well as most of the VP's were great to work with as well. Company match in 401k for all employees along with enrollment in SmartDollar.
Cons
Constant upheaval of all levels in the organization. Between people quitting of their own accord and Leigh firing people the turnover runs 50% - 60%. There is no commitment to the Core Values that they espouse.
