Dysfunctional and chaotic management. 9 hours per day of work expected (paid for only 7.6). Projects repeatedly cancelled. No focus or vision. Management does not care about your honest feedback - you will be scolded for disloyalty and “not believing in the company.” CEO does weird shoulder rub thing to employees that he’s disciplining.
