Pros

Flexible work arrangements. Allows people to work remotely or part-time schedules. Has established relationships with clients that bring repeat work.

Cons

Micromanaging is out of control. A company full of expensive upper level management, but not enough analysts. This does not allow for any growth opportunities for current staff. Lacking a true leader for the organization. No visionary or anyone that inspires you to go above and beyond.
