Pros

You have a job. Although, it will look horrible on your resume.

Cons

Flat organizational structure keeps you in your place. Annual raises capped at 3 percent per year. High turnover and they drag their feet to replace them, sticking you with a ton of work to cover for it. Seriously, it takes a minimum of six months to replace someone. If you do get suckered into a management position, prepare to have no decision making ability. Also, you will spend most of your time filling out spreadsheets to give something to upper management to talk about. You will be overworked and under paid for your entire career, unless you are the most skilled tail sucker. If you are salary, you are looked down upon unless you work insane hours. There are tiny bonuses. Year end bonuses are put so far out there that you will never obtain them. My branch only reached it once in fifteen years. If they ask you to take a position, do not take it with the promise of better compensation later. GET IT IN WRITING or it will never happen. That and "applied hires you and someone else pays you" are mantras that every employee knows. I was there a very long time. You can believe every word that I write. Run from this company and do not look back. Lies, lies, lies and more lies. If you enjoy this crap, never mention the lies...You will start to mysteriously be written up for random things and ushered out the door. Good luck!
