Massive Company No Meaningful change in sight - Outside Sales Representative Applied Industrial Technologies Employee Review

SAP is a nightmare to work in. Company has a terrible set up for Bonuses. Margins on your sales are not true margins as the company adds additional margin on the back end of your sale as a fudge factor that isnt really add to your buns. Makes you less competitive then your Competitors that don't have the additional fudge factor margin add to their sales. Further the culture is not interested in your efficiency improvements. they just want you to come to work and work with what they have no matter how inefficient it is
