After 15+ years at AIS, I feel fortunate to have had a wonderful experience. I have been afforded the chance to learn more about my strengths and interests; there have been many chances for continued professional and personal growth, for which I am thankful because of AIS. AIS works hard at employee development and this has been valuable during my time here from engineer to executive. One of the things I have found striking about the company is the quality of talent among our employees. Every day, I am surrounded by brilliant, dedicated individuals who constantly push me to grow and develop my acumen. The culture of collaboration and learning at AIS is exciting! The executive leadership team that AIS has assembled has also been remarkable. I can trust our CEO, and I fully believe in his vision for the road ahead. I can also foresee AIS continuing on an upward trajectory to success under his guidance. I have been very fulfilled from being part of this journey and contributing to the company's growth along the way. Overall, it is a great company with great people!
