Pros
The clients make the job worthwhile. Working with kids and families, seeing client growth, and learning about ABA strategies are definite pros. The supervisors are all supportive, knowledgeable and caring.
Cons
The emphasis is on the bottom line, not the well-being of clients.
Employees are treated like they're unimportant and disposable.
There are no holidays, sick days, or vacation days for BIs, even if you're full-time.
The CEO doesn't seem to care about her employees or what their ideas are.
A couple of years ago over 100 people left the company at the same time because they were being treated so badly. The 30 people or so left tried to be loyal, but now they are being treated badly too, so good people are leaving again.
Turnover is a direct result of the CEO.
Because of the huge turnover rate, the clients suffer.
