Not a difficult job, little to no supervision on off shift

Management is awful all around, very high turnover rate, doesn't follow GMP regulations, rampant favoritism.

None. Seriously. Absolutely zero pros.

Where do I begin? There's black mold all throughout the facility. People are constantly sick and honestly it's a wonder no one died. This is supposed to be a controlled, sterile environment? Hilarious. The blatant favoritism across all departments is another one. On third shift especially. There is no work/life balance. The compensation is too low for the amount of responsibility my position had. I basically had to run my shift with no help from my superiors, but I was paid the same wage as my first shift coworkers and they had fewer responsibilities.
