Compensation package, know-how, international environment, complexity of engineering problems challenging.
Cons
Political decisions, lack of business engineering tools, too many management levels, old-timers Amat almost untouchable, on-off kind of approach (spoil or cut). Culture and values are nice but are only on the paper...
