Outside Sales for a great company who carries mid range/higher end appliances. Really strive to maintain a loyal customer base in the local market.

There are not to many cons, have a great customer base in the residential and commercial markets. Feel there is more to offer in the business world, have reached a ceiling in my current market and looking to explore new careers.
I would be completing 4 yrs with organisation very soon and my experience simply amazing.The company has started taking giant steps in achieving its objectives and trajectory seems to be right. Management gives enough freedom to employees to ideate and try new things. We now have Paper Boat in cafeteria... :)

Sometimes structured approach seems amiss where everybody is doing everything. Certain units working in silos.
