This company is phenomenal, and have made it one of the most difficult decisions of my life whether to leave during a contract rollover. Leadership is fantastic from top to bottom. The benefits are top tier compared to any company I've seen, and the workplace culture has had my other friends who work in gov't contracting jealous. I've seen several people stay despite being offered significantly more money elsewhere, calling it their forever home. If you get an offer, take it, they'll take care of you.

I’ve had a wonderful experience working at ANS, and I truly appreciate the supportive and flexible work environment they offer. One of the standout features for me is the work-life balance, which is something I value greatly. The company really understands the importance of flexibility, allowing employees to balance their personal and professional lives with ease. The team members are exceptional—collaborative, encouraging, and always ready to lend a hand. It's such a positive atmosphere, and working with such talented individuals makes every day enjoyable. Most importantly, the leadership at ANS genuinely cares about its employees. It’s rare to find a workplace where the bosses are so invested in the well-being and growth of their team, and this makes all the difference in my experience here. All in all, ANS has created a great environment where people can thrive both professionally and personally, and I’m grateful to be a part of it.

One area for improvement at ANS is the current lack of formal processes and procedures. While this can sometimes lead to confusion or inefficiencies, I really appreciate that the company is actively working on establishing clearer guidelines. What I find especially rewarding is that I have the opportunity to provide input and help shape these new processes. It’s a unique chance to contribute to the company’s growth, and I’m excited to see how things evolve.
