Pros

Good exposure to interesting projects.

Cons

I don't recommend working for Applied Precision. Although the projects are mostly interesting, the awful compensation is not at all motivating. Not only is the salary terrible, but the benefits are disappointing as well. These are mainly the reasons why this company has a high employee turnover rate.

Pros

Good opportunities for learning. I worked on B2B Digital Marketing post-pandemic. I was new to this industry. Bob was patient, he provided the good resource to learn, including the engineers and the clients. As result, I ended up with delivering quality marketing materials to the market and a pay raise at the end of the first year.

Cons

Competition is intense for a company size like this in the local region. Projects are often bidding at a lower price due to competition. Overall, clients are demanding - you have to learn how to manage the expectations.

Pros

N/A nothing to add here

Cons

The main problem with this company is that employees improperly treated and are not paid consistently or on time. While there are many other issues—such as no occupational trainings or support, disorganization, micromanagement, no room for growth, and generally unprofessional business practices—the most serious problem is the failure to pay employees when they are supposed to be paid. The president is rude and often refuses to pay former and current employees. Many employees turn to file claims through the Onrario Courts and Ministry of Labour in order to recover wages Applied Precision 3D needs to pay.
