Pros
Good team dynamic, almost like family. Always willing to help and look out for each other, answer questions, etc.
Cons
Not enough pay. Lots of work to do with no time to do it, but it is expected to be done, whether you are flying to the next place or not. Supposed to be at least a week a month of down/no travel to catch up, pretty much non existent. No pay increases in sight.
