Pros
Performance is rewarded in most departments. Management very understanding about family related issues (balance between work and family) Executive management good about sharing goals/progress with employees. Very forward thinking. Wide variety of technologies used, flexibility in location (several office locations and telecommuting)
Cons
Some areas have significant technology debt, so developers may end up supporting older technologies. Some managers spend too much time micro-managing. Some processes seems to exist for the sole purpose of maintaining the process. Otherwise they serve very little business need. Pay does not compare well with jobs in city/western suburbs.
