"Bro" culture; skills don't matter, only likeability; Poor Communication - System Specialist Applied Systems Employee Review

Managers are only required to talk to you twice a year; You could easily go days/weeks without assignments or anyone telling you what to priorize; when you do get time with managers, they are always distracted and don't really listen to you. Upper management seems to have a "bro culture". When invited to company events, you'll easily point out the executives because they will all be doing their own thing and expecting the low class workers to leave them alone. Upper management regularly travels, drinks, and parties with no shame. They have no shame in showing off their new cars and constantly having them in the background of Zoom meetings...just contanstly reminding everyone that they are superior to you.
