Pros
The people on the production floor and office workers are great to work with. Management tries to promote from within. There is a small gym that is nice to use.
Cons
The CEO is scary and does more yelling than appreciating hard work. Benefits are poor, no 401k. Paid a lot for family health coverage. Executives don't communicate change very well.
