Great opportunity but a letdown - User Experience Designer Apposing Employee Review

Great people and great work

Fast paced environment that requires flexibility - might put people off who are a bit more linear in their approach

I have been at Apposing for nearly 3 years and I have loved (almost) every minute. Moving to Apposing was a big step up in my career for me and I found the management and the team, patient and encouraging with me. I was given an opportunity at Apposing that many companies would be not willing to give, but Apposing did and helped me grow and reach my potential (I still have more growing to do) Every team member contributes to the company and are actively listened to which makes the office a truly open and valued place to work.

There are never enough hours in a day, but surely this is the same for every job.
