Pros
-wonderful coworkers -strong team work -management looked to us as recruiters for new and progressive ideas -great pay -we really changed people's lives ,giving aspiring IT professionals who didn't get a chance to go to school, or didn't get to persue a career in something they love because of lack of education or money or whatever. We gave them 8weeks of free online, intensive training in areas like: Network Administration, Software Development, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, etc! After they pass training, they are interviewed by our client to hire. 80% of these people succeeded because of our recruiting team and everyone involved in instructing and educating. This place was very amazing to work for, unfortunately lay offs really took out all of our team. I would absolutely work here again.
Cons
-lack of communication towards the end before lay off -was not rewarded commissions that were owed because of client issues -lack of real structure, could have been an incredible company with some of the best people I've ever worked for.
