No reasons to work for ava. Scamming company.

After 3 years of being messed around (not paying me on time, not giving me entitled annual leave etc) I cannot get a job ANYWHERE because it's impossible to get a full time job in any of the places aga hires for as they all only hire apprentices and casuals, I can't get into any private work cos they only taught me council work and now I'm left with no job, no money, no useful experience and can't get my 3 yrs back I wasted on these guys.

Clear communication on what the role will entail. When they do contact you it is comprehensive feedback.
