had a short and disappointing experience here. Many new employees were hired, but within a few weeks, many had either quit or were let go. The work environment felt very unstable and stressful.
During the interview, I was told I would get strong support and good leads, but that didn’t happen. Most leads were not serious buyers or wouldn’t answer the phone.
One major concern was how some car deals were handled. I saw customers being pushed into making quick decisions. It didn’t feel honest, and I was uncomfortable with some of the practices used to close deals.
Overall, I didn’t feel supported in my role, and I didn’t feel good about how customers were treated either
