Pros
I enjoyed my time there. I liked it was fully remote and they don't micromanage you. When I started it was rocky, very competitive coworkers that stepped on toes. But they were fired eventually so once they were gone it got better,
I left because of relocation but would definitely reccomend this place to work. Management is very understanding if you need to deal with personal matters and very flexible. I have nothing but great things to say about the team.
Cons
The comp plan was a complete joke when I first started. Being held to margins that we weren't quoting as a company. That has changed before I left and not sure how it is now. I also would get frustrated working with the west coast and different time zones and different work ethic but that could be a me thing. Overall, minor complaints for a great company to work with.
