Coworkers and my manager were good people.
Cons
Low pay, restricted vacation, overworked employees, anti-employee policies, petty ownership. Despite being a "family-owned" company they do not care about their people and treat employees like they are nothing. It is a small company and the Owner/CEO of the business is onsite everyday and never once introduced himself to me or even bothered to said hi a single time. Company will do petty things to nickel and dime employees like refusing to pay out vacation days after not letting me take any vacation days for half the year. Don't expect a bonus even if they promise you a good one when you are hired, it's all smoke and mirrors to get you in the door. Even if you work hard and put in the hours do not expect a decent raise. Worked in a dirty old basement with no windows everyday,
