1. No hikes 2. The company is in loss , it may shut down in a year 3. No coordination between business team and development team 4. overnight work 5. You are expected to perform even you the requirements are not clear. 6. No new things to learn if you are experienced developer

The sales function helps you allot to learn about sales. The company as a whole is very sales focused. A good taste of working in a startup.

They are still trying to figure out the right strategy. If you end up in a sales profile, be prepared to work very hard. People who got up the ladder from base levels might not be very supportive.
