Like any startup in a rapid growth phase - building systems, becoming more scalable, balancing innovation with product reliability, etc. These aren't really cons, but things to be aware of. This is a major positive if you want to roll up your sleeves and help grow a company. On the other hand, if you want a more compartmentalized environment from a larger company, then this may not be for you.

These people are growth minded and immensely supportive. They care about you as much as they expect you to care about them and it shows. We're fully distributed and remote without the lack of trust you'd usually expect from HR. No micro managing messages throughout the day. No "Why weren't you green on slack?". They are results driven. If you need help or advice on anything you are free to reach out to anyone all the way up to the founders and they will advise you or give you a point in the right direction. Everyone has a voice here as well. If you have an idea you want to share you can do so freely and it will be considered. It's unlike any company I've ever worked for, honestly. This is an amazing place to work! It's rare to find a job where you not only love what you do, but get excited to start work in the morning!
