      Kind-hearted coworkers. Very nice people.

      Cons

      Terrible product. Terrible leadership - from the board, to the CEO, to front level sales management. Quick way to waste time in your career.

      Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. It’s unfortunate to hear that you did not connect with our product, as we have been named several times as a leader in intranet platforms. Most recently, we have won and been shortlisted for several employee digital workspace awards from organizations including Forrester, Aragon and Constellation. Feedback from our employee engagement survey from November 2021, and as recently as June 2022, also showed overwhelmingly positive feedback related to our leadership team, how our work impacts and relates to business goals, and confidence in the future of our product. We can understand that not all relationships are a perfect match, and we do wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

      Pros

      Appspace has offered a great work-life balance, a willingness to embrace new ideas, and an environment that’s supportive without creating constant performance pressure.

      Cons

      Some of the challenges I’ve experienced at Appspace have been leadership inconsistency due to organizational changes and turnover at the upper-management level. At times, decision-making authority felt limited, which slows progress. There also needs to be more structured coaching and mentorship opportunities from senior high performers to help support continued growth and development.
