Pros

Absolutely no pros, only 1 thing is that there is only freshers here so if you are a fresher you can be learning among the freshers. But training will be given by only your peers, no lead will train you, Read the cons sections for actual truth

Cons

1. Weak leadership team, they cant lead teams and guide them. They will only ask older employees to give you doubts clearing and learn on your own 2. Managers are the founders here who run the company at their own will and keep you in a horrible BOND. if you break the bond you have to pay 2 lakhs + serve 3 months notice. Please dont join as it becomes mental trauma and they treat people very poorly 3. They will treat you as trash, CTC rules get changed in between. Appraisals not given for 2 years. There are people who are there for years and are paid below market average 4. No leniency for leaves, they took away work from home leaves and treat you horribly if you take your saved up leaves. 5. They will hire in bulk and fire also if no new projects are coming. No stability in this company. 6. HR is just a puppet of founders and there is nothing good done for employees except for lunch food and a carrom board 7. Company lacks vision, either focus on salesforce development or new product development. 8. I am suffering in bond, request you to not join and take other offers or wait for new offers. Dont join Appstrail.

Pros

Cons

- Workload can fluctuate, and at times it may feel a bit high depending on project deadlines. - Some internal processes could be more streamlined to improve overall efficiency. - As the company is growing, a few areas, like structured training and communication, can be further strengthened.
