      Pros

      I joined Apricum 2 months ago, would always do it again and I am looking forward to staying here for several years. Here some of my reasons why I think so: 1. Highest standards and always striving for excellence - therefore, you can learn from the best 2. Everyone is willing to cooperate, friendly and curious to learn from each other, no matter which level - it really is a great team! 3. Cleantech pure-player - therefore, you are working on essential topics, highly relevant to society 4. Living an idea meritocracy - no matter your level, even being only a few weeks in the company, you can bring up your ideas and they will be heard and considered ........ There are several other reasons for me why Apricum is a fantastic place to work and I can't wait to find out even more over the next years.

      Pros

      - Interesting cleantech projects and some good colleagues - Sociable team atmosphere at times

      Cons

      - The London office was closed after months of uncertainty, with salaries unpaid for 3+ months despite repeated assurances - Senior leadership failed to respond to employee concerns, follow through on commitments or provide the transparency and accountability the situation required - The atmosphere was stressful and counterproductive, with little sense of stability or positive outlook (people scrambling for work, mostly BD-focused) - I left deeply disappointed by how preventable much of it was. This was, overall, the worst employer experience of my career

      Career progression seems slower than at competitors; potentially dry pipeline due to the industry niche

      Hello, thank you for your review. We hope you found your internship useful. Regarding career progression, we have two promotion cycles per year. Strategy consulting slowed across the industry in 2024 but is picking up again, the M and A pipeline is very full. There is much potential across our cleantech sectors to be tapped.
