Pros
Bosses are very considerate when it comes to school related problems, inconveniences and so on. Coworkers are extremely nice and welcoming, makes you feel part of the 'family' as soon as you enter the place. Customers are overall very nice, though there will always be one or two per day that are less than nice, but that goes without saying for every other job I suppose. Really just a great place to work at, especially is you're a student.
Cons
Work can become quite stale/boring if their aren't many customers in the store (typically during down periods). Doing the same thing all the time (stocking, answering customer's questions) can be also hard to do if you're not into that kind of stuff.
